Who this office serves
This is our main office. It serves customers across Chicago, including the West Loop, River North, Bucktown, Lakeview, and Lincoln Park. If you live or work anywhere in the city, this is the office to call.
We also have offices on the Southwest Side near Midway, in Burr Ridge for the western suburbs, and in Phoenix for Arizona customers. See all offices.

By train
The CTA Morgan station (opens in a new tab) (Green and Pink lines) is about two blocks north of us at 958 W Lake St, roughly a five-minute walk. The station is accessible.
Coming in on Metra? Ogilvie Transportation Center (opens in a new tab) at 500 W Madison is about 0.6 miles east of the office. Union Station (opens in a new tab) is about 0.7 miles southeast.
By bus
The #20 Madison bus (opens in a new tab) stops on Madison St and has overnight (Owl) service. The #8 Halsted bus (opens in a new tab) stops about two blocks east.

Areas we serve from this office
From Madison Street we serve the whole city, but most of our Chicago customers are close by: the West Loop, Fulton Market, Greektown, Little Italy, the Loop, River North, and the South Loop, then north and west through Wicker Park, Bucktown, Logan Square, Lincoln Park, and Lakeview, with Pilsen and Bridgeport a short ride south.
The near-west suburbs on the Green Line or the Eisenhower, such as Oak Park, Forest Park, River Forest, Cicero, Berwyn, and Maywood, are usually closer to this office than to Burr Ridge. Farther out, call anyway: we serve customers across Illinois, and any office can handle your policy.

Yes. Ogilvie Transportation Center is about 0.6 miles east along Madison Street, and Union Station is about 0.7 miles southeast, each a 12 to 15 minute walk. The #20 Madison bus covers the same stretch.
I live in the suburbs. Is this the right office?
If you're in the near-west suburbs along the Green Line or the Eisenhower, yes. West of Harlem Avenue or along I-55 and I-294, our Burr Ridge office is usually the shorter trip, and for the Southwest Side and the suburbs around Midway it's the 63rd Street office. Any office can handle your policy either way.
