The Burr Ridge office serves customers in the western suburbs. If you'd rather not drive into the city, this is the closer stop. You get the same agency and the same coverage options as at our main office.

By car
The office is just south of the I-55 and County Line Rd interchange. If you're coming from I-294, that interchange is about a mile east of us.
By bus

Areas we serve from this office
The Burr Ridge office serves the western and southwestern suburbs on both sides of the county line. In DuPage County that means Burr Ridge itself, Willowbrook, Darien, Hinsdale, Clarendon Hills, Westmont, Downers Grove, and Oak Brook. In Cook County: Indian Head Park, Willow Springs, Countryside, Western Springs, La Grange, Hickory Hills, Palos Hills, and Lemont. In Will County, Bolingbrook.
Naperville and Lombard are a little farther but well within our regular area. East of Harlem Avenue, our Southwest Side office on 63rd Street may be the shorter trip, and the near-west suburbs along the Eisenhower are usually closer to the West Loop.
Common questions about the Burr Ridge office
How do I get there from I-55 or I-294?
Exit I-55 at County Line Road and head south; the office is just past the interchange. From I-294, the County Line Road exit is about a mile east of us. Pace's Burr Ridge Park-n-Ride is nearby if you're coming by bus.
I'm in Naperville or Lombard. Is that too far?
No. Both are a little beyond ten miles but squarely in our regular service area, and most of what we do can be handled by phone at (630) 759-3344 anyway.
My policy was written at the Chicago office. Can I use this one?
Yes. It's one agency with one file, so any office can quote, change, or service your policy. Weekday visits don't need an appointment; weekends are by appointment.
